Dar Tariq Company (DTC) reserves the right not to accept back into stock any material purchased either cash or on credit. In the event the DTC accepts material back into stock, then handling and restocking charge for a minimum of 15% of the goods will be charged.
The Purchaser has a maximum of 48 hours to inform DTC that the requires to return material.
Material will only be accepted in good and resale condition.
The Purchaser is solely responsible to ensure that his Purchase order are made out correctly.
DTC can accept no liability for incorrect quantities or description written on Purchase orders.
It is the Purchasers responsibility to check the material and sign the invoice the ascertain that he has received the correct material.
If during the duration of an order arriving in Kuwait the Purchaser wished to cancel his order, he cannot do so without written agreement from DTC. if he fails in accepting the order he will forfeit his deposit.
DTC is not responsible for the failure of performance under force major occasioned by war, declared or undeclared, fire, flood, interruption of transportation, embargo explosion, prohibition of imports, governmental orders, regulations or restrictions. DTC will not be responsible for any additional expenses or costs resulting from the above mentioned conditions.
