Refund Policy for Shutters Accessories:

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return your shutter’s accessories.
This policy outlines the conditions under which we will accept & entertains refunds.

• Motors: if Motors are under warrantee period then those will be refunded. Normally a time period is measured as 5 years time.
• Items Such as [Switch, Key Switches, Receivers , Remotes & Slats] will not be replaced nor exchanged as per company policy.
